

Min Htet Oo has been leading the Marketing team of Soft Intelligence since 2020, when he served as the Director for Marketing. As he was appointed as the Chief Marketing Officer for Marketing and Product, successfully launching the low cost and customized products. And months later, he was appointed as Chief Marketing and Financial Officer for Marketing and Finance, expanding his role to include sales, e-commerce, risk management and financial analytics. His role has continued to evolve with the changing needs of the organization. Currently, he leads the following departments: Marketing, Distribution, Revenue, Risk, Finance, Digital Customer Experience, Customer Care, Analytics, Marketing & Corporate Communications. He is a Culture, Transformation & Change champion. Prior to joining the Soft Intelligence, he set-up Efficient Commerce Trading Ltd (ECT Ltd) as the Assistant Operation Manager from 2011 until 2013 and served as the Secretary for Myanmar Integrated Engineering Company Limited (MIEG Ltd) from 2016 until 2019. In 2012, he was the Assistant Operation Manager for ECT Ltd where he successfully launched environmentally friendly and energy ball for low fuel consumption for automobiles. For his career development in management, he invests in managerial education as well. As the part of EC team for MBA 25th Batch as a Discipliner, he is also working on his Master of Business Management at Yangon University of Economics at the moment. In Education, he also holds Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Yangon University of Distance Education and it covers all aspects of modern English, assignments and exams passed to a high standard. In Aviation Industry, he holds Commercial Pilot License (Frozen ATPL), covering all aspects of modern Aviation and passing theoretical ATPL exams with 1st attempt and having an average of 89%, and is currently working for the National Flag Carrier at Embraer fleet as well.
