Rate and Billing
SOFT INTELLIGENCE LTD has two general methods of payment for its services: fixed cost and hourly.
Fixed cost is used primarily when there is a clearly defined project. For example, the goals, tasks, and scope of the project are well defined. This method is often used for our development efforts in the Windows environment. The end project cost is directly proportional to the complexity and scale of the development and are negotiated on a project-by-project basis.
The hourly method is used when these items are less clear. For example, on an R&D project, or when it is not practical to thoroughly define a project up-front due to time limitations or lack of information. Hourly rates vary based on type of work, the experience level of the person performing the work, and the length of the engagement. Engagement terms are generally: Individual hourly, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months, with rates decreasing for longer term engagements. Rates range are from 16000 Ks/hr. for low-end documentation and testing up to 60,000 Ks/hr. and higher for top-level project management and highend technical development. Commercial tax will be applied.
SOFT INTELLIGENCE LTD Software’s rates are structured to maximize the value for our clients. Rates are scaled according to the type of work done and the experience of the individual doing the work. SOFT INTELLIGENCE staffs’ projects with the proper combination of team members to maximize the return for the customer thus saving them time and money.
SOFT INTELLIGENCE’s standard billing practice is to invoice semi-monthly with payment due within two weeks of the invoice date. This practice is used on all hourly contracts unless a separate payment arrangement has been negotiated. Billing terms on fixed price contracts is always defined within the project’s contract. These terms generally reflect a percentage up-front, a percentage upon completion of a significant milestone, a percentage upon delivery, and a percentage as a retainer until final acceptance by the client.
Soft Intelligence Limited undertakes all projects under the scope of objectives that determine the direction / route followed by the project. All Web Design / Web Development / Mobile Application Development / Software Development / Search Engine Optimization / Digital Marketing/Hosting Services/ Maintenance of a website are carried out and accepted after total analysis and creation of a complete scope document, in order to ensure that our teams have full understanding of the work needed to be done, eliminating possibilities of any project cancellation / reversal / dispute. Since Soft Intelligence and the client understand that there is work involved to achieve every milestone of the project and completion of every module, a refund would not be possible for the work once assigned to us. Payments for custom design projects / above services are made to us in increments by client is non-refundable. If a project is canceled or postponed, all charges paid are retained by Soft Intelligence and if applicable, a fee for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or project will be suspended without notice. Requesting a chargeback or opening a Payment dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund policy prior to making a payment. We are willing to work with you and after getting confirmation from your side, we immediately take action on it and send your work in progress. Therefore, if you take your steps back after confirmation, so, the amount you have already paid is non-refundable. We interact with our clients and do our best to solve all their queries and start work after their approval, therefore, there is no provision for any kind of refund. We clearly mentioned that the paid amount is non-refundable in any circumstance. Please read and make sure you fully understand our refund and cancellation policy prior to making a payment.
